Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire Letting and Sales process, including:
- Canvassing and cold calling for rental or sale properties.
- Listing properties.
- Qualifying buyers/tenants.
- Signing all necessary documentation.
- Source information about properties and accept mandates from owners.
- Visit owners to discuss their properties and unique features.
- Conduct property valuations and create leasing descriptions.
- Market and promote properties for sale or rental on property portals and social platforms.
- Represent clients in negotiations with prospective buyers/tenants.
- Assist buyers/tenants in making decisions.
- Ensure the price is acceptable to both buyer and seller.
- Inspect and assess the condition of properties.
- Maintain client relationships during and after the sale/lease conclusion.
- Stay updated with trends in the local residential property market.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Own a reliable car and driver's license
- Laptop
- Experience in the property or sales industry is beneficial
- NQF-4 (Fidelity Funds Certificate)
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
Commission Structure:
- Full training provided.
- 50% (Agent) / 50% (Company) commission split for interns.
- 60% (Agent) / 40% (Company) commission split for full-status agents.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
This is a full commission-based position, and your earnings will reflect your efforts and achievements.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
