We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property rentals, management, and maintenance, specifically within condominium or HOA environments. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to efficiently oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Coordination: Utilize a ticketing system to manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring prompt dispatch of maintenance personnel.
Property Upkeep: Conduct regular evaluations of building maintenance needs, oversee upkeep activities, and compare pricing for services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor agreements.
Client Communication: Regularly communicate with condo boards, property owners, and residents to address concerns and provide updates on maintenance issues.
Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing property management strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Support property managers and team members as needed in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate maintenance and property management for condo boards or similar residential environments (Sectional Titles or HOA experience preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality results.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in property management software, ticketing systems, and Excel.
Highly responsive and proactive in addressing maintenance issues and client needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Available to be on call every other Saturday.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property maintenance and administration.
Reliable laptop, fast fiber internet, and backup power (UPS).
Availability to work 4 pm - 12 am.
