Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Property Operations and Deal Progressing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in property operations, diary management, and coordinating property projects. Your sense of humour, organisational skills, and engaging personality will help you excel in our fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively.

  2. Deal Progression: Manage property deals from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely completion of each step.

  3. Diary Management & Coordination: Plan, schedule, and track tasks and activities, including property viewings and maintenance check-ins.

  4. Landlord Relations: Liaise with landlords to onboard properties and gather necessary compliance documents and certifications.

  5. Compliance & Documentation: Organise and maintain up-to-date records for all properties, including compliance documents and certifications.

  6. Maintenance Tracking: Coordinate and track ongoing maintenance needs and property projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards.

  7. Project Management: Oversee small-scale property projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all aspects are on track.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in property operations, project management, or a related field.

  2. Strong organisational and diary management skills.

  3. Familiarity with property management and deal progression.

  4. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Equipment Requirements:

  1. Reliable internet connection.

  2. Computer with up-to-date software for managing property operations.

  3. Back-up system for when there are power outages.
