Property Manager – Hackney, E9

A successful Lettings and Property Management firm with a long standing track record in the London property market is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join them at their office in Hackney, E9.

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues, and prioritise jobs as necessary.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

1. Demonstrating a track record of managing rental properties.
2. Being fully conversant with current regulation/legislation and processes surrounding property management.
3. Striving to exceed individual targets.
4. Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
5. Striving to exceed customer expectations.
6. Handling complaints and providing solutions.
7. Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies.
8. Ensuring compliance.
9. Supporting the team.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

1. Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role as the successful individual will be responsible for the immediate management of the residential property portfolio.
2. Intermediate computer literacy is highly desirable.
3. Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful.
4. Professional qualifications would be an advantage.
5. Ability to manage their own workload.
6. Car and full valid driving licence is essential.

The hours will be:

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary range will be:

£30,000 to £35,000 per annum.
