Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team, based in Port Elizabeth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
2. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
3. Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities.
4. Handle tenant concerns and requests.

Qualifications:

1. Matric or equivalent.
2. Relevant degree or diploma advantageous.
3. Minimum 10 years previous experience in property industry.
4. Minimum 5 years previous experience in property management.
5. Knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
6. Network of Retail and Commercial Tenants on a National and Regional Scale.
