Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our Property team and manage property development deals from inception through to repayment. You will source and appraise new proposals, conduct due diligence, and assess the risks for each investment, compiling detailed credit summary papers and sanction reports to the management team. You will be accustomed to working to targets and feel confident negotiating deal structures with both customers and their advisors, remaining in contact with them to ensure excellent customer service throughout the process. You will feel at ease networking and generating new property development opportunities from key business introducers and intermediaries.

You will need to be experienced in credit report preparation and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of risk assessment investment processes and procedures. A great decision-maker, you will have the ability to organise your own workload and prioritise projects, analysing financial information and reviewing valuation reports and feasibility studies. With strong communication skills, you will be adept at influencing others and working under pressure. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a great property development team and we want to hear from you!
