The hospitality arm of this prominent property developer is rapidly expanding, managing two buildings with three more to be incorporated by year-end. On track to oversee 200 units by 2025, the team aims to redefine hospitality management with ambitious expansion plans.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of roughly 80 apartments, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and property management.
  2. Improve financial performance through strategic budgeting, cost management, and revenue enhancement.
  3. Serve as the primary liaison for property owners, staff, and guests, balancing stakeholder interests with operational efficiency.
  4. Establish robust systems for managing guest experiences from booking to post-departure.
  5. Lead and develop front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, promoting accountability and teamwork.
  6. Guide pricing and marketing strategies by analysing competitor activities and market trends.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and sales to increase property visibility on platforms such as Airbnb and direct channels.
  8. Maintain superior guest satisfaction through proactive feedback and review management.
  9. Champion the use of technology and data-driven decisions to improve operations and enhance guest experiences.

What You Need:

  1. 3+ years in a leadership role within hospitality or property management.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field would be advantageous.
  3. Strong business acumen with strategic decision-making abilities.
  4. Outstanding interpersonal skills and service-oriented.
  5. Proficiency in technology and property management systems, with a willingness to adopt new tools.
  6. Strong work ethic with an ability to think proactively.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised and a quick learner.
