Property and Facilities Coordinator –Durbanville, Cape Town.

Our client, a Company committed to growing its residential property portfolio, requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property & Facility Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you will be the primary liaison for tenants, managing lease administration, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a top-tier tenant experience.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans will be essential.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in property management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or customer service.
- Knowledge of lease agreements and property management regulations.
- Experience working on Apple Mac and Google products.
- Understanding of Health & Safety building maintenance and legislation.
- An analytical mindset is required to complete all required obligations within appropriate timeframes.
- Multitasking skills are required to balance numerous different projects at the same time at different stages of completion.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Available to be on call once a month.
- Own vehicle required.
- Essential to live within the Northern Suburbs area.
Duties and Responsibilities::
- Reporting to the Property and Facilities Lead.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Invoice and report on successful property visits while undertaking the required actions for visits requiring further work or customer interaction.
- Prepare invoices for payment.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and dispatch the Property Maintenance or vendors.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Assist with property marketing and leasing.
- Obtain quotes for approval.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills with all internal and external stakeholders.
