VACANT POSITION: PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of the property common areas.
- Ensure landscaping is well maintained.
- Keep the property safe and attractive.
- Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff.
- Coordinate with security personnel or front desk attendants.
- Foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure tenants comply with building rules and regulations.
- Address any violations promptly and professionally.
- Address tenant complaints and concerns.
- Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
- Plan and coordinate events and activities for tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Implement security measures.
- Be prepared for emergencies.
- Credit control.
- Assist with intake of tenants.
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
- Any other reasonable tasks as requested by management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in credit control.
- MDA experience will be advantageous.
- Experience in Student Accommodation will be advantageous, but it is not a requirement.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in property administration or a similar role.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous experience.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional.
- Reliable.
- Own transportation.
- Proficient in English.
