As a Project Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and designing engaging training content. Your role involves ensuring that training delegates have a positive learning experience and achieve the desired competency levels. You will be reporting to the Training Projects Manager, working with both internal and external stakeholders.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

You will support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into the business. You will manage the full training cycle, incorporating the principles of the Kirkpatrick Model and Bloom’s Taxonomy. You will provide regular updates and recommendations on the learning journey throughout the implementation phase. You will deliver engaging and effective training sessions to delegates, ensuring they are conducted on schedule and within scope. You will create, review, and update training materials to ensure they are relevant, clear, and engaging. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training content and manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive learning environment. You will address any issues or disruptions promptly and effectively.

You will adhere to training policies and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. You will participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge. You will implement new training techniques and methodologies to improve training delivery. You will measure the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments and feedback, tracking and reporting on delegate performance and progress towards competency benchmarks. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs by introducing innovative methods and materials, working with the Learning & Development Project Manager to identify and implement improvements.

What Amazing People Will Bring to the Role

You have 1-2 years of experience in training delivery and content design within the BPO sector. You can design and review training material using the ADDIE model. You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and can analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs. You possess strong stakeholder relationship skills and can effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

You can work autonomously to meet project deadlines and work as part of a team to meet objectives. You can travel to client offices and training locations and have excellent presentation skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms, and can manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in training delivery and content design within the BPO sector (Essential)
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• Ability to design and review training material using the ADDIE model
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills and effective communication
• Proven track record in developing skills through coaching and mentoring
