Project Manager - road construction

We are a global company implementing unique and validated technology, which is changing the way infrastructure projects are built, making it much faster, cost-effective and eco-friendly. For the last 30 years, this technology has been implemented successfully in thousands of projects in more than 80 countries around the world.

We are looking for a country manager to drive our business development in South Africa.

What you do:

1. Implement our solution from initial planning and execution to follow-up activities to deepen sales proficiency.
2. Develop new/existing markets and execute business development program in several countries.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and corresponding case study and testimonials.
4. Promote strategic customer retention for returning business opportunities.

Who you are:

1. Experienced infrastructure project manager (at least 10 years) in civil engineering industry, preferably in road and/or railway construction. You have a proven track record of collaboration with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, government authorities, etc.
2. You understand the cost structure of infrastructure projects and can identify where our solution provides greatest value.
3. You have a relevant connections network which can introduce you to an even wider relevant network.
4. You are a good presenter and easily convince people using your professional knowledge.
5. A people's person – you are a good listener, attentive to details, naturally connect with people and spread good vibes.

Other:

1. Travelling capacity – you can hit the ground and visit sites personally in about 50% of your position scope.
2. Civil engineer – a must.
