Description
Our client in the IT and Cyber Security Industry based in Bryanston, Johannesburg is currently looking to employ a Project Manager.

Requirements:

• 5 Years plus in same / or similar role.
• Relevant tertiary education/certifications.
• Project management qualification.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Projects).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Leading cross-functional teams.
• Managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Experience in working in an IT environment will be an advantage.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal resources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Track and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are aligned with forecasts.
• High levels of organisational and time-management skills.
• Maintain accurate records of decisions, actions, and milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Set up a schedule of all projects, key dependencies and critical path identified.
• Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
