Job Summary:

The Project Manager will lead projects focused on data analysis and claims processing. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively utilized to improve claims outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
2. Analyze data related to claims to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
4. Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.
5. Lead regular project meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and gather feedback.
6. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to claims management.
8. Mentor and support team members in data analysis techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data analysis and claims.
2. Strong understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
