Are you a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in roads and water infrastructure projects? Our client, a leading construction company in Durban & Botswana, is seeking a results-driven professional to manage and execute their civil construction projects efficiently!

• Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal & Botswana (2 positions)
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in civil construction project management
• Specialization: Roads & Water Infrastructure (Essential)
• Level: Senior

• Plan, execute, and oversee civil construction projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage project schedules, costs, risks, and compliance with FIDIC, NEC, JBCC contracts
• Drive adherence to health & safety regulations and construction best practices
• Ensure quality control and compliance with engineering and design specifications
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and authorities
• Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth progress

• BSc/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management within civil construction (roads & water infrastructure)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• In-depth knowledge of contract management and cost control
• Expertise in health & safety compliance and risk management in construction
