Project Manager

Monitors and tracks project progress, invoices and budget and responsible for overall project performance and profitability.
Develops schedules, budgets and proposals (contracts).
Responsible for marketing to prospective clients, maintaining and managing clients relationships.
Possesses effective management skills and the ability to plan, direct and monitor all aspects of civil engineering projects.
Involvement with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently.
Possesses strong drive, motivation and self-initiativity.
Responsible for acting independently on civil engineering matters within area of expertise.
Communicates and coordinates project requirements with the project team and consultants.
Reports to Senior Project Manager or Engineering Department Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Must have a minimum of 15 years of diverse experience in construction sites.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with a working knowledge of current version of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and Primavera.
Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and build teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Highly organized, detail-driven and conscientious.
