Project :
To design a unified, centralised, electronic consent and communication platform that addresses the findings and mitigates the risks identified during phase one of the programme.
Job Duties :
- Plan, execute, and finalise projects within agreed timelines and budget.
- Manage project resources, including coordinating internal and external teams.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Implement project management best practises and methodologies.
- Lead project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable.
Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in the IT and Internet industry is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience in managing corporate projects while engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced skills in integration across various subprojects.
- Solid experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions through planning, baselining, monitoring, and control.
- Understanding of and experience in following a formal project lifecycle.
- Commitment to PMO governance and compliance.
