Project Manager

Brand Engineering SA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a wind farm project and manage a diverse team on site. The successful candidate will be based on-site and required to live in accommodation provided by the company, with the option to travel home for 5 days once a month.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the wind farm project from inception to completion.
• Manage a team of project and construction managers working on the project.
• Ensure successful project execution, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with the client and stakeholders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee HSEQ compliance and ensure all regulations are followed.
• Report to Senior Project Manager/Project Director and liaise with the main contractor and client.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to the management team.

Position Details

• Site-Based - Must live on company-provided accommodation close to the site.
• Travel - Allowed to travel home once a month for 5 days.
• Work Hours - Monday - Saturday (Extended hours may be required due to project demands.)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• Previous experience in renewable energy and wind farm project installation is essential.
• Proven track record managing a team of project and construction managers.
• Relevant degree in construction/project management.
• Registered with SACPCMP.
