Job Description

To drive business change that delivers value through the structured implementation and delivery of projects against time, resource, money, and scope constraints.

Responsibilities

1. Manage complex projects in a constantly changing environment.
2. Motivate and lead project teams across various levels and phases of a project life cycle and SDLC.
3. Manage conflicting priorities and time effectively to deliver results.
4. Lead numerous projects concurrently ensuring quality, governance, and deliverables are adhered to.
5. Set goals, tasks, and timelines.
6. Review progress and make adjustments as necessary.
7. Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
8. Run a Scrum.
9. Plan events.
10. Sprint Planning and Sprint Coordination.
11. Apply change, risk, and resource management.
12. Resolve scope issues.
13. Prepare reports.

Qualifications

1. A CAPM, PMP, or any Project Management certification or qualification.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing medium to complex projects impacting several systems and teams.
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an agile and waterfall environment.
4. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
5. A self-starter who can work independently with little to no guidance.
6. Payments experience in merchants.
