Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits and business development.
- Proven experience in project lighting sales within commercial, industrial, or retail environments.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals.
- Ability to engage clients, assess their needs, and present tailored lighting solutions.
- Familiarity with market research, competitor analysis, and adapting strategies to trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centred approach.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all sales practices.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage clients and explore new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
