Overview: As a Project Director, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end management and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple media channels for our key client and their 20+ brands.
Your role will be critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will oversee all stages of project delivery, from initial concept to final output, effectively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. In this fast-paced, agile environment, you will manage complex, multi-brand campaigns, navigating evolving client demands, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
Your ability to align teams, mitigate risks, and drive seamless execution will be key to ensuring successful campaign delivery. You will provide structure, guidance, and proactive leadership to creative, media, and strategy teams.
By optimizing workflows, managing resources effectively, and identifying potential risks early, you will ensure smooth project execution and the delivery of exceptional results.
Your project management expertise will be essential in keeping all stakeholders aligned and maintaining the high standards of performance expected across projects.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Education: Degree in Project Management, Advertising, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of project management experience in a traditional advertising agency, managing integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Digital platforms.
Certifications (preferred, not mandatory): General Project Management Certifications such as CAPM, PMI Project Management Ready, PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile & Scrum Certifications.
Must have a working knowledge of the following platforms and tools: Microsoft Planner / Project (MUST), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
