Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their Research and Development team as a Junior R&D Developer. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop, and test new products and features.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new software products and features
2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
3. Test and debug code to ensure high quality and performance
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends
5. Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software products
6. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
3. Experience with software development tools and frameworks
4. Familiarity with database management systems and web technologies
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Agile development methodologies
2. Knowledge of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence concepts
3. Previous internship or work experience in a software development role
