Non-Negotiable Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Educational Qualifications:

   Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

2. Experience:

   1-10 years of experience in project coordination within a manufacturing environment.

3. Project Management Skills:

   Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and solid understanding of project management methodologies.

4. Location Requirement:

   Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands. Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial Requirements:

1. Manufacturing Knowledge:

   Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering design, and product development life cycles.

2. Strong Communication:

   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling:

   Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring that project milestones are met.

2. Cross-Department Coordination:

   Work with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

3. Resource Allocation & Management:

   Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Project Tracking & Reporting:

   Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

   Ensure that all manufacturing projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
