Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead refurbishment projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Information Management: Collect, analyze, and manage essential project data to meet detailed specifications.
• Lifecycle Coordination: Manage projects across all phases, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to exceed client expectations.
