About the Role
As our Project and Operations Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between departments. You’ll support our marketing and training initiatives, oversee multiple projects, manage communications, co-ordinate events and ensure operational excellence across various touch points—from influencer dispatches to online training calendars.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Qualified Somatologist (Non-negotiable)
- Experience: 3–5 years in a similar project coordination or operations role
- Industry: Experience in professional skincare or medical aesthetics essential
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite; ability to adapt to new systems

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% accuracy in website product descriptions and monthly audits
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and newsletter content
- Coordinate with the design studio, manage project briefs and deadlines
- Handle influencer product dispatches and maintain strong relationships
- Organize photography/videography bookings and asset management
- Plan and coordinate training and promotional events nationwide
- Maintain and update the company’s training and marketing calendars
- Manage inboxes, stockrooms, and supplier communications
- Track delegate registration and training materials for national and online events
- Provide consistent support in marketing research and competitor analysis
Authority & Accountability
- Manages budgets (within pre-approved scope)
- Generates invoices and handles expense filing for training and marketing
- Oversees inventory for marketing and training storerooms
- Operational ownership over training calendars and digital asset management
