We are currently recruiting for a Business Transformation Office: Programme Lead to support our business in driving large-scale change.
The Business Transformation Program Lead is responsible for developing an integrated roadmap of organisational change initiatives across the whole business, aligning with the Group Strategic Plan. This role leads the prioritisation and approval process for these projects, providing guidance to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an integrated view of the 3-5 year organisational change strategy, ensuring it stays current and aligned with group strategic and operational goals.
- Create and maintain a detailed tracking system to chart progress of all initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of the Transformation budget, create an aligned tactical budget, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances and adjustments.
- Co-design and drive the implementation of change/project frameworks to ensure project delivery (from feasibility to tracking and ROI extraction).
- Develop and maintain an accurate, efficient, timely, and effective project reporting process that complies with project frameworks, policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Drive benefit and value realisation through identified project delivery to achieve business objectives by scheduling and managing resources through timely and effective planning, scoping, and monitoring.
- Drive the communication plan and execution to impacted stakeholders for decision-making and information purposes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders that promote cross-functional prioritisation, solutions, and delivery.
- Effectively manage procurement-related risks to ensure appropriate appointment and governance across all suppliers in the transformation process.
Requirements:
- Project Management software, business case development, ROI assessments.
- Commercial and business acumen.
- A team player who can function independently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Building strategic and collaborative working relationships.
This role requires a minimum of 5-8 years' Project Management experience, exposure to large multi-function or business area transformation programmes, and a proven track record of delivery in PMO roles within a Business change and IT environment.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Project Management or related fields, certification in Agile and Safe methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
