Job description
Responsibilities

The Programmatic will be responsible for the setup, execution and performance of programmatic media campaigns for agency clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive programmatic performance for our clients through setup, execution and performance of programmatic campaigns on DV360.
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance including questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
  • Work with agency partners to ensure creative assets are scheduled for delivery prior to campaign launch.
  • Trafficking of campaign tags into ad exchange environments.
  • Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
  • Work with the agency brand teams to present weekly and/or daily campaign QA reports to ensure accurate campaign results and trafficking routines.
  • Provide monthly auditing reports to agency partners and internal finance teams for invoicing when required.
  • Provide insight and guidance to members of the agency teams and provide thought leadership on topics relating to programmatic media.
  • Maintain and stay current of industry news and research.
  • Share and re-apply learning and knowledge at a local/regional level agency brand team.
  • Ensuring operational excellence through continuous refinement of best practices, tactics, and partners.
  • Able to train and educate agency teams on Programmatic offering.
  • Collaborate with Publicis Groupe practices such as Data Sciences and Performance teams to improve operational processes and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Full reporting responsibility and data analytics.
  • Create workflow and implication documents for major releases on the DSP platforms.
  • Working directly with agency leads and brand teams provide Programmatic expertise and support for their clients and internal agency brand teams.
  • Accompany agency teams to visit clients and provide programmatic training sessions directly with clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience of 5-7 years in programmatic, specifically on DV360.
  • Certified in DV360, GMP stack certifications would be beneficial.
  • Experience on DV360 non-negotiable, Teads, Trade Desk etc highly beneficial.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Results-driven and proactive profile, with good interpersonal skills.
