The Role
We’re looking for a Programmatic Manager to help launch, oversee, and directly manage campaigns for our clients at Wpromote. You’ll manage paid media campaigns across programmatic platforms, making optimizations and updates daily.
We want a go-getter that brings prior experience and knowledge with various verticals and with extensive experience and/or a proven track record, you could be working with some of our biggest brands. You’ll be trusted to oversee all account activity, collaborate with managers from other channels, and come up with campaign strategies for your book of clients.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $70,000 - $95,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions.
**While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person!

You Will Be:
- Assisting with new business proposal creation and distribution
- Managing client Display, Shopping, Video and retargeting advertising campaigns, including: strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication
- Staying apprised of current and new DSP functionality or data products, then successfully deploy on relevant campaigns
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends as they relate to the programmatic space
- Managing technology vendor relationships as well as the implementation and/or integration of those technologies
- Creating and managing a portfolio of accounts in DV360, The Trade Desk, and other DSPs including campaign creation, trafficking, and optimization
- Conducting industry, audience and competitor research
- Analyzing campaign results and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly
- Communicating with clients regularly to discuss goals and deliver results
- Developing strategies across all marketing channels to improve KPI outcomes for branding and performance goals and achieve maximum efficiency
You Must Have:
- 1-3 years in a hands-on role managing Programmatic campaigns at an agency, in-house or within an ad tech company
- Deep knowledge of Programmatic and paid media industries
- Advanced understanding of programmatic buying (DSP), measurement solutions and audience segmentation
- Advanced experience with ad trafficking (Campaign Manager specific a plus). Strong expertise and background in digital analytics and reporting solutions, as well as how to use these tools in paid media campaigns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to grow within a talented team
- Working knowledge of display, video, audio, DOOH and external data or media providers (DV360, TTD, Stackadapt, LiveRamp etc.)
- Ability to ideate new strategies and act on innovative solutions to solve advertisers complex business challenges
- Expertise in omni-channel activations, optimization, and attribution
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and communication effectively
- Experience working directly with clients and large cross-functional teams
