The ideal candidate will have a BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years' experience in a professional QS Office. The candidate should be a highly motivated individual eager to contribute to a variety of Construction Projects, focusing on Cost Management, Contract Administration, and Successful Project delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

1. BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying
2. 5 years' professional experience in a QS Office, although candidates with less experience in the field will also be considered
3. Strong proficiency in Cost Estimating, Budgeting, Contract Administration, and Project Reporting
4. Familiarity with Construction Procurement processes and Risk Management is essential
