Requirements

1. 3 year tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
2. Certifications in Power BI, such as the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
3. 2 - 5 Years’ relevant experience
4. Computer Literacy: MS Office, SQL and database management, Power BI, including Power Query and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)

1. Data Preparation and Modelling by collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources. Additionally, it includes designing and maintaining data models to support reporting and analysis.
2. Dashboard and Report Development focusing on creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards and reports. It also involves implementing interactive features such as drill-downs, slicers, and filters to enhance user experience.
3. Data Analysis and Insights by analysing data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Furthermore, it involves providing recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
4. Software Development and Maintenance by applying knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and programming experience to design, develop, configure, release, and maintain software for specific applications. It also strives towards an optimum integration level of software products and data, ensuring they meet business needs and integrate with evolving technologies.
5. Support Demand Plan Development from a systems perspective. It includes engaging with SPOs in Demand Management to compile and develop data packages for the Demand Plan and updating demand plan information based on feedback from user departments.
6. Assisting SPOs by contributing to the development and improvement of processes to enhance demand plan management and implementation. It also involves reviewing and analysing current processes and providing data to support enhancements.
