TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since , is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation.

Purpose of the Position

To provide Integrated Health and Wellness services as set out in the TPA and Dept of Health NPO Service Package for NPO finding / 24 and within the scope of practice, including implementing and coordinating Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC) within a defined geographic node.

Duties

1. Duties focus on wellness, health promotion, prevention of ill health and home-based care services.
2. Supervising and coordinating the team of community health workers to address primary health care services for individuals, families, and community.
