5. Own vehicle and valid driver's license is a non-negotiable requirement.
6. Own laptop and good computer skills.
7. Ability to network, prospect, negotiate, and build relationships.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
9. Clear credit and criminal record is essential.
