- Operate and maintain production equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies and materials
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of production data
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Knowledge of production processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
