Production Supervisor-Heavy Manufacturing Environment

• TRADE TESTED FITTER AND TURNER ESSENTIAL. ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION QUALIFICATION WOULD BE A GREAT ADVANTAGE
• Must have minimum 5 years production experience within HEAVY MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
• Must have top experience in a production
• Staff supervision - strong leadership and managerial skills. Performance management
• Monitoring of production workflow and output and ensuring production schedules are met or exceeded
• Monitoring of quality, Health and Safety
• Good understanding of:

CNC lathes, conventional, slotting, planning and milling machines.

Good understanding of engineering principles and production processes.

Understanding of PM and TPM practices.

This role requires top technical skills (Fitting and Turning), a hands-on approach, and a high degree of work/quality ownership. Results driven!
