Production Supervisor - FMCG

RPO Recruitment is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) team. Our client is a leading company in the FMCG industry, known for their high-quality products and strong market presence.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes in the FMCG manufacturing facility. You will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations, adherence to production schedules, and strict quality control measures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols.
• Experience with production management software and tools.
