Ensure deliveries are made according to plan.
Management of raw material consumption rates ensuring records accuracy and daily mass balance for traceability of product.
Good knowledge of GMP’s / HACCP / FSSC 22000 regulatory requirements, housekeeping and health and safety (Advantageous).
Experience and knowledge of internal/external auditing practices are (Advantageous).
Adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, Food management System, HACCP and Good Hygiene & Housekeeping practices.
Organize internal core training with the quality department.
