Production Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our high-paced and high-performing team in the FMCG / Manufacturing sector.

Job Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

Production Management – Monitor capacity utilization, oversee efficiency losses, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Quality & Food Safety – Conduct internal audits (GMP & HACCP), ensure compliance, and minimize production losses.

People Management – Supervise teams, drive accountability, manage performance, and ensure skills development.

Compliance & Reporting – Ensure adherence to industry regulations (POPIA, LRA & BCEA), oversee production reporting, and support 6-Sigma initiatives.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in production supervision / management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Experience with Lean 6 Sigma & project management
