Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Production Supervisor also plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing team performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Experience with production planning software and data analysis tools.
• Additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are a plus.
