About the role

The primary focus is on the preparation, execution, and monitoring of production plans to ensure products are ready for distribution to customers in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

  1. Plans and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  2. Plans and establishes manufacturing sequences according to product characteristics and requirements.
  3. Authorizes and releases daily production process orders with full material in place.
  4. Facilitates emergent issues impacting the schedule and customer commitments, working with the functional team to perform root-cause and gap analysis, and to find solutions.
  5. Monitors production schedules in adherence to relevant requirements and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions and committed delivery dates.
  6. Liaises with Operations on urgent orders to meet customer needs.
  7. Liaises with cross-functional teams on BOM requirements and new product setups.
  8. Achieves FG inventory targets set by the Group, managing safety stocks and goods movement.

Qualifications and skills

  1. Minimum Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Planning roles within the Supply Chain function.
  3. Good working knowledge of ERP, MRP II, and MS Office applications. Experience in SAP PP module and APO is highly advantageous.
  4. Advanced MS Office and systems skills.
  5. Advanced level of English required.
