PRODUCTION PLANNER / PRODUCTION SCHEDULE CONTROLLER

Location: BENONI - SOUND SAP SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Salary: R720K - CTC

INDUSTRIAL / MECHANICAL ENGINEER QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL

1. Must have vast production scheduling experience within a heavy engineering environment
2. Planning of all production KPI's
3. Monitoring of all machinery output and capacities
4. Monitoring of all NCR's, implement improvement initiatives
5. Analysis of production costs and making recommendations
6. Planning of orders and converting into production schedules, issue of documentation and drawings for production
7. Management of quality ISO 9000 and OSH requirements
8. Management of all lead times
9. Generation of reports

This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work within a specialised and pressurised environment.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PRODUCTION SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE WITHIN A HEAVY ENGINEERING MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
