Qualifications / Requirements:

• Production management/factory management experience
• Any exposure to building/related sector highly advantageous

Experience:

• Planning and scheduling – implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Quality control – establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards
• Resource management – managing resources, including materials, equipment and personnel, to optimise production efficiency
• Team leadership – motivating and supervising production staff to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Problem-solving – identifying and resolving production issues promptly and effectively
• Equipment maintenance – regular production equipment checks to prevent major issues
• To maintain good housekeeping – prioritize regular cleaning and ensure proper storage of materials and equipment
