PRODUCTION MANAGER ASSISTANT

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced PRODUCTION MANAGER ASSISTANT for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Grade 12.
2. Relevant qualifications an added advantage.
3. Person must be Zulu / English speaking.
4. Person must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently.
5. Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
6. Person requires to have previous mechanical and electrical skills and experience with plant maintenance.

Duties

1. Working closely with the production manager.
2. Maintaining and repairing machinery and plant.
3. Manage and oversee the machine operators to ensure that they are operating the machinery correctly.
4. Organize the servicing of equipment.
5. Computer capturing and stand in for when the production manager is off site.

Will be required to be on call.

Usage of company vehicle whilst on duty.
