Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end to end Operational Planning and Scheduling
2. Provide input into the Operations Strategy
3. Accountable for the performance of the synthesis plants
4. Ensure Production Targets are met
5. Management of Service Level Agreements
6. Manage the Operational Budget for the formulation plants
7. Monitor all KPI's and ensure adherence to the quality and safety standards
8. Monitor and proactively manage operational efficiencies by streamlining processes, integrating workflow, etc.
9. Resource Planning to deliver on production targets
10. Ensure availability of raw materials/stock
11. Trouble-shooting to ensure maximum production output
12. Manage the performance of the supervisors
13. Training and Coaching
