Head Of Quantitative Analysis

Non-negotiable qualifications and experience required:

1. Degree in Architecture or related field.
2. Proven experience managing architectural projects.
3. Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM software.

Location Requirement:

Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Beneficial requirements:

1. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
2. Understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
4. Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
5. Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
