About the Role

A leading meat production factory based in City Deep, Johannesburg South, is seeking a Production Manager to take charge of their production processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality assurance. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the production team, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement in a high-volume, short shelf-life environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a similar position within the meat industry, handling high-volume, short shelf-life chilled products.

Formal Qualification:

Certificate or Diploma in Production Management or a related field.
