Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience in food production, be comfortable using industrial kitchen equipment, and understand food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook large-scale batches according to set recipes.
  2. Operate commercial cooking equipment (tilt skillets, stock pots, industrial mixers).
  3. Ensure consistent quality and portion control.
  4. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
  5. Assist with meal packaging, portioning, and production workflow.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in batch cooking, catering, or food production.
  2. Ability to follow standardized recipes and meet high consistency standards.
  3. Familiarity with commercial kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
  4. Physical capability to lift 25kg and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Team player with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  6. HACCP certification or food manufacturing experience (Preferred but not a requirement).

Additional Work Environment Information:

Structured, stable hours (Typically 8am-5pm) / No late or weekend shifts.

On the job training.
