Production and Warehouse Manager

Our client based in Cape Town is currently seeking a Production and Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Overview:

Supervise and manage production, warehouse and related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Control scrap percentage
• Control efficiency and production
• Generating relevant reports
• Dealing with day-to-day related matters
• Consolidating HR time sheets / clocking schedules or related requests
• Generate a good housekeeping environment
• Building moral in the department
• Achieving production targets
• Manage health and safety at the workplace
• Manage loading/off–loading of deliveries and related logistics
• Manage regular stock ordering
• Warehouse management
• Controlling of department cost
• Compiling weekly and monthly stock take
• Assist the company from time to time with requested projects etc.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Diploma in Production Management or similar preferred
• 3-5 years' experience
• Production management experience
