4. Championing Agile, championing data, and championing product greatness
5. Collaborating across marketing, compliance, finance, risk, and tech—yep, you're that integral

What You're Bringing to the Table:

1. A Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or something equally smart
2. 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years leading the charge
3. A track record of successful lending product launches that turned heads
4. Deep understanding of financial services and lending practices
5. International market exposure? Big bonus points

Desired Skills:

1. Agile, data-driven, and compliance-savvy
2. Exceptional communicator and stakeholder whisperer
3. Fluent in BI tools and a wizard with data analysis

1. Know the ins and outs of governance, risk, and compliance in lending
