What You'll Be Rocking:

1. Setting the strategic direction for our lending product suite like a boss.
2. Leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch fireworks.
3. Creating lending solutions that excite customers and executives.
4. Championing Agile, championing data, and championing product greatness.
5. Collaborating across marketing, compliance, finance, risk, and tech—yep, you're that integral.

What You're Bringing to the Table:

1. A Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or something equally smart.
2. 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years leading the charge.
3. A track record of successful lending product launches that turned heads.
4. Deep understanding of financial services and lending practices.
5. International market exposure? Big bonus points.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Agile, data-driven, and compliance-savvy.
2. Exceptional communicator and stakeholder whisperer.
3. Fluent in BI tools and a wizard with data analysis.

1. Know the ins and outs of governance, risk, and compliance in lending.
