Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
At least 5 years of product management experience in fintech or financial services.
Proven experience with B2B APIs.
Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
Product Development
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products.
Define detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary contact for all product-related matters.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product goals.
Present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Market and Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities and strategic business initiatives.
Customer Focus
