Develop an Insights/BI product vision and strategy in line with the business strategy.
Define and drive the integrated product strategy for Insights/BI ensuring strategy is aligned with overall business goals and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
Establish and maintain product roadmap and timelines.
Manage stakeholder interaction and demand.
Manage release planning for product.
Manage the product budget.
Work with the engineering teams to translate product roadmap into detailed requirements.
Work with the relevant teams to roll out and communicate product changes to customers.
Coordinate work between multiple teams within TFG for programmes of work.
Look for new trends, practices, technologies, and products that drive competitive advantage and customer benefit.
Help facilitate Insights/BI usage by defining and optimising for key metrics.
Maximise the product team’s ability to deliver consistently, rapidly, and effectively, including implementing best practices for product planning, sizing, research, development, testing, and measurement. Emphasis on sprint and design thinking facilitation.
Qualifications And Experience
Must have a relevant 4-year degree or equivalent in working experience.
3 years Product management or technical team leadership experience.
5 years technical delivery experience.
3 years Scrum & Agile experience is preferred.
